I’m the President and CEO of University of Toledo Federal Credit Union, a $100 million asset credit union serving students, employees, alumni, and families connected to the University of Toledo. My work centers on strengthening financial institutions while empowering members with solutions that support every stage of life—from student loans to retirement planning.
My leadership approach is rooted in collaboration, education, and community impact. I believe credit unions succeed when teams are aligned around a shared mission and members are equipped with the knowledge to make confident financial decisions. At UTFCU, we emphasize financial literacy, teamwork, and long-term relationships over short-term wins.
Before becoming CEO, I built extensive experience in financial management, mortgage banking, and mortgage lending. I hold a Master’s degree in Administration from the University of Toledo, which continues to shape how I think about organizational leadership and sustainable growth.
I’m an active-duty U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and my service deeply influences how I lead—bringing discipline, accountability, and calm decision-making to complex challenges. The Marine Corps principle of teamwork guides my philosophy: Together Everyone Achieves More.
Beyond my role at UTFCU, I’m a contributing author to Unleash The Leader Within You, where I share lessons on leadership and personal growth. I also serve on the board of directors for a $50+ million service organization and work as a speaker and coach, helping leaders develop clarity, confidence, and impact.
